The Santa Barbara HQ offices of LogicMonitor recently expanded into the ground-floor of their State Street building to add a public facing lobby, conference space, and large break area.  As part of a fast-growing company, the space needed to be multi-functional and adaptable.  The open area, currently set up as an all-hands area with a central monitor wall, can be converted to additional office space as the company expands.  Central conference rooms can be connected through an interior glass garage door.  The primary workplace objective was to activate the space to bring employees together and provide event space for special occasions.  Organic materials and warm, beachy colors help bring in the local flavor of Santa Barbara into the former retail space.  Custom overhead bike-storage and showers reflect the active lifestyle of the associates who work there.   Two additional floors in the building were also retrofitted with new furniture, lighting and finishes as part of the overall project.
