Experienced technical / job captains are needed for our studio! The ideal candidate should have strong written and oral communication, detailed orientated, with strong organizational skills. The position also requires daily communication with contractors and clients and assistance in managing the construction process. Additionally, strong analytical thinking and creative problem solving will be an essential function of the role.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assembling, organizing and preparing construction drawing sets, detail libraries

• Writing and editing drawing notes and specifications for bid, permit and construction

• Other important considerations are NCARB, NCIDQ, CID, WELL and LEED-AP accreditations.

 

REQUIREMENTS

• A bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited university

• Five to ten years of professional experience

• Familiarity with Revit and its applications
