Intermedia Sunnyvale 

In the third, local, iteration of the Intermedia office space, the tenant decided to reduce their carbon footprint by moving into a mid-rise building in a more densely populated area of Silicon Valley. By taking a more urban approach to their office space, the tenant took advantage of the building's location near Downtown Sunnyvale and close proximity to public transportation, restaurants and shopping. The space itself is very attractive because it is located on the top floor of a six story building with views in three directions. Through the innovative use of open office design and glass interior walls, DesignLink was able to maintain vistas to the exterior windows from all directions. Subsequently, the space appears larger than it's plan would suggest. Strategically placed conference rooms and private offices make use use of the views and provide a quiet retreat from the open office area. The design team created a new flexible use, break room that opens up to accommodate larger groups for company meetings and after hours events.
